This house was gutted and renovated by my mother and I in 2019. I assisted in design decisions throughout the renovation and completed much of the finish carpentry in the house.

These tasks included the cedar front porch; the chimney and peninsula cladding from the original hardwood flooring; an alcove from reclaimed baseboard and window trim; half bath counter out of the old fir beam from the living room; the upstairs bathroom counter vanity addition; main floor stairwell trim also from reclaimed wood; rebuilt the original fir front door; as well as various other small finishes in the house.
